All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your UPS tracking information.

Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

• UPS Ground – $16.00
Estimated delivery: up to 5 business days

• UPS 3 Day Select® – $25.75
Delivery within 3 business days

Transit times are calculated after order processing and are based on UPS delivery estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, weather, and carrier conditions.

 

Flat Rate Shipping Notice

Our flat-rate shipping pricing is designed to provide simple, predictable costs.
However, rates may vary slightly based on destination, zone, or delivery location in accordance with UPS service areas and surcharges.

The final shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before completing your order.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states via UPS. Please note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment status directly through UPS tracking services.

Delivery Issues & Claims

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at teammanaflask@manaflaskusa.com. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped. Delivery delays caused by UPS (including weather or operational disruptions) are outside of our control.
